Moving + Junk Removal: pricing and minimums
Two movers and a truck: $190/hour. Three movers and a truck: $260/hour. Four movers and a truck: $340/hour. All hourly services have a 2-hour minimum, plus a one-time $50 travel fee per mover.
Moving follows the hourly crew rates; the two-mover minimum including travel is $480. Junk removal is quoted separately with a $149 job minimum. Combining services is a coordination benefit, not a promise of a discount or free disposal.
Make the keep-or-remove decision before loading
A sofa that should be removed should not be mixed into a load going to your new address. Label the groups and review them with the crew. Moving and disposal may need different loading arrangements, so timing is agreed after the inventory is reviewed. Donation can be considered for eligible items at available drop-off locations, but acceptance, receipts, and tax outcomes are not guaranteed.

- Use distinct move and remove labels, and keep undecided items apart.
- Walk through every room or storage area to identify the complete removal list.
- Tell us about oversized items and any access restrictions at each stop.
- Confirm with other decision-makers which items can be removed before the crew starts.

Can one company handle my move and unwanted furniture?
Yes. CLE can scope both the move and optional junk removal so you can arrange the agreed work through one company.
Is removal included in the moving price?
No. Moving and junk removal are priced separately, even when discussed in the same estimate.
Do you offer an automatic bundle discount?
No automatic discount is advertised. We explain the price of each service before you agree to the work.
Can removal happen before the move?
Discuss the preferred sequence during the estimate. Timing depends on the inventory, access, and availability.
What if I have not decided what to keep?
Keep undecided items apart and finalize the removal list before loading. Tell us in advance if sorting decisions will affect the scope.
Will everything be donated?
No. Eligible items may be taken to available donation locations, but acceptance is not guaranteed. Do not assume every unwanted item qualifies.
Can this be done at a storage unit?
Yes. Customer-rented storage moves can include optional removal. Share the facility rules, unit access, and destination.
Does removal include cleaning the property?
Normal cleanout finishing is sweeping only. Deep cleaning, mold treatment, and pest treatment are not part of the standard service.
