Furniture Delivery: pricing and minimums
Furniture delivery has a $380 all-in minimum, with no separate travel fee added to that minimum. This delivery offer is separate from hourly moving packages; the final scope and price are confirmed for your project.
Item count, dimensions, weight, pickup readiness, access, distance, and any separately requested assembly or removal affect the quote. The minimum is not a promise to deliver any item through any access route.
Confirm the item and both ends of the delivery
A listing photo does not show a seller's stairs or whether a large cabinet will fit your hallway. Share pickup access as well as destination access before making commitments. CLE's delivery minimum is separate from hourly moving packages. A purchase price or seller's promise is not a delivery quote; the delivery scope is reviewed with you directly.
Before your appointment
- Get item dimensions and photos before agreeing to pickup arrangements.
- Confirm that the seller has released the item and identify the pickup contact and available window.
- Measure destination doors, stairs, landings, and the intended room.
- Tell us whether the furniture is assembled, boxed, unusually heavy, or needs additional work.

- Review the inventory, responsibilities, crew needs, and pricing with us.
- Confirm the paid work and its date separately after agreeing to the scope.
CLE is based at 6871 Ames Rd, Parma, OH 44129. Discuss applicable insurance coverage, limits, and exclusions before agreeing to the work. Same-day availability may be possible—call to confirm.
Furniture Delivery: common questions
Can you collect furniture I bought locally?
Yes, subject to reviewing the item, pickup arrangements, and delivery access. Confirm the seller can release the furniture at the agreed time.
What is the delivery minimum?
The furniture delivery minimum is $380 all-in. There is no separate travel fee on that delivery minimum.
Is this the same as the two-mover hourly package?
No. Furniture delivery is a separate offer; ordinary hourly moving packages have their own rates, minimum, and travel fee.
Can you deliver upstairs?
Share the stairs, turns, measurements, and item details before booking so access and feasibility can be reviewed.
Is assembly included?
Assembly is not automatically included. Request it separately and provide the model and instructions so the work can be reviewed.
Can you remove my old furniture?
Optional junk removal can be quoted separately. Tell us what you want removed when discussing delivery.
What if the furniture will not fit?
Check dimensions and provide access information before scheduling. We cannot promise every item will fit or that unplanned disassembly is possible.
What details do you need to quote delivery?
The item photos and dimensions, both addresses, pickup contact and window, stairs or elevators, and any additional assembly or removal request.
