Junk Removal Across Northeast Ohio — Fast, Upfront Pricing
Furniture, appliances, cleanouts, and more. Call to arrange your free on-site estimate.
Junk Removal Pricing
All-in pricing, jobs from $149 — labor, loading, hauling, and disposal included, with no hidden fees. The final price is confirmed on site before any work begins.
- Single large item / small load: $149–$249 all-in
- Quarter truckload: $249–$399 all-in
- Half truckload: $399–$599 all-in
- Full truckload: $699–$1099 all-in
Jobs start at $149. Approve your all-in price before work begins.
These are planning ranges for standard junk loads, not a cap on a whole-property project. Multiple loads, heavy debris, demolition, and unusual access need a scope-specific quote. We confirm what is included and the all-in price before you approve work.
Need a planning aid? Check a ballpark price with our cost calculator or send photos with our Photo Estimator. The crew confirms the final all-in price on site.
How It Works
1. Call or Request a Visit
Tell us what you need removed, then call or request a free on-site estimate.
2. Review and Approve the Price
We confirm the scope and all-in price on site before any work begins.
3. We Remove the Agreed Items
Our crew removes the items you approved and sweeps the work area before leaving.
What to Tell Us Before Your Estimate
A short description is enough to start. Photos are optional; you do not need a calculator result to request a visit.
Items to remove—and items to keep
Tell us the main items and roughly how much there is. Identify belongings that must stay, and confirm you are authorized to approve the removal.
Access and parking
Mention stairs, elevators, narrow doors, long carrying distances, and where the truck can park. Keep a clear path where practical; do not move heavy items yourself for the estimate.
Conditions and timing
Tell us about damaged structures, connected utilities, suspected hazardous materials, or pest activity before the visit. Share your preferred timing; we will confirm the available appointment and any preparation needed.

Professional vs. DIY: What's the Real Cost?
Compare the work involved as well as the price. DIY can suit a manageable load; a crew can help when lifting, access, or project size makes self-hauling impractical.
| Factor | DIY Approach | CLE Professional |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Check vehicle rental, fuel, facility charges, and any equipment you need. Costs depend on the material and local facility rules. | Jobs start at $149. Your on-site quote covers labor, loading, hauling, and disposal for the agreed scope; larger or specialty projects are quoted separately. |
| Time Required | Allow time for sorting, loading, travel, unloading, and any facility hours or appointments. | We assess the volume, access, and crew needs before confirming the work plan. There is no single completion time for every job. |
| Physical Risk | You arrange safe lifting, equipment, and a clear carrying route. Heavy or awkward items may require help. | An insured crew handles the agreed lifting and loading. We review difficult access and unsafe conditions before proceeding. |
| Disposal Method | Confirm where each material is accepted and arrange donation, recycling, or disposal yourself. | We attempt donation for suitable items where accepted and route recyclable materials to appropriate facilities when possible. Acceptance depends on condition and facility rules. |
| Convenience | You organize the vehicle, helpers, timing, and unloading. A local collection option may suit some small loads. | Call or request an estimate, approve the scope and price, and let the crew remove the agreed items and sweep. Same-day availability must be confirmed. |
Compare the full project: your time, truck rental, disposal fees, and lifting. Costs and time vary by scope; we confirm your all-in price during the free on-site estimate.

What Is Included—and What Needs Special Handling?
The agreed removal includes labor, loading, hauling, disposal, and sweeping the work area. A cleanout is not a deep-cleaning or remediation service.
Ordinary junk and cleanouts
We remove the agreed household or commercial items and sweep the work area. Deep cleaning, mold treatment, pest treatment, and biohazard remediation are outside the standard service.
Hazardous or regulated materials
Paint, fuels, chemicals, propane tanks, medical waste, and suspected asbestos are not part of an ordinary junk load. Tell us what is present before booking; do not mix these materials into the pile or disturb suspected asbestos.
Connected equipment and demolition
Utility disconnection, structural work, and heavy base removal need advance assessment and an agreed scope. We confirm preparation and any qualified-trade or permit requirements before work. Electronics go to appropriate facilities; ordinary pickup does not include certified data destruction.
Cuyahoga County residents should check their city's household collection arrangements and accepted items. The District facility is not a public drop-off site. Business hazardous waste has separate requirements; households outside Cuyahoga County should check their local program.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does junk removal cost in Cleveland?
Our pricing is all-in: jobs start at a $149 minimum, a quarter-truck load runs $249–$399, a half-truck load runs $399–$599, and a full truckload runs $699–$1,099. These are standard-load planning ranges, not a maximum for multiple loads, heavy debris, or demolition. Your crew confirms the final price on site after seeing the volume, material, and access, and you approve it before work begins.
What items do you remove?
We remove common household and commercial junk, including furniture, appliances, mattresses, construction debris, yard waste, electronics, hot tubs, sheds, swing sets, and pianos. Call us at (216) 673-0678 to confirm unusual or regulated items.
Do you offer same-day junk removal in Cleveland?
Same-day service may be available when the schedule allows. Call (216) 673-0678 to check availability for your location and project.
Do you recycle or donate items?
We separate reusable items for donation when local organizations can accept them and route recyclable materials to appropriate facilities when possible. The destination depends on the item's condition and facility rules.
Can I get an estimate without photos?
Yes. Photos are optional and can help us understand the project before the visit, but the final all-in price is confirmed on site after the crew sees the items, volume, material, and access.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The all-in price you approve on site covers labor, loading, hauling, and disposal for the agreed scope. If the scope changes, the crew explains any price change before doing the additional work.
Do I need to be home for junk removal?
Not always. Outdoor items can sometimes be left in an accessible location, but someone must be present for indoor access and to approve the final scope and price unless another arrangement is confirmed in advance.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Cleveland and 60+ surrounding cities in Cuyahoga, Summit, Lorain, Medina, Lake, Geauga, Portage, and Stark counties, including Parma, Lakewood, Strongsville, Westlake, Solon, Mentor, Elyria, Akron, and Medina. Share your project address to confirm availability for your location.
How do I prepare for junk removal?
Identify the items you want removed and what must stay, and provide a clear access path where practical. Tell us about stairs, parking, connected utilities, and any hazardous materials or pest activity before the visit. You do not need to carry large items outside for the estimate; photos are optional.
Do you remove construction debris and renovation waste?
Yes. We remove drywall, lumber, flooring, roofing shingles, concrete, tile, and other renovation debris that we can safely and legally haul. Larger or heavy-material projects are priced after reviewing the material, volume, weight, and access.
How do I schedule a free on-site estimate?
Call (216) 673-0678 or use the estimate request form and tell us what needs to be removed. We will confirm an available visit time, then the crew will review the scope and price with you on site.
What items are not included in ordinary junk removal?
Paint, fuels, chemicals, propane tanks, medical waste, and suspected asbestos need special handling and are not part of an ordinary junk load. Tell us about them before booking. Structural demolition, utility disconnection, and heavy base removal also need advance assessment and an agreed scope.
Does junk removal include deep cleaning?
No. The standard finish is removal of the agreed items plus sweeping the work area. Deep cleaning, mold treatment, pest treatment, and biohazard remediation are outside the standard cleanout service.
