Piano & Specialty Moving in Mayfield Heights, OH
Have a piano, safe or other specialty move assessed in Mayfield Heights. CLE reviews dimensions, weight, condition and the complete route at both addresses before accepting the work.
Piano & Specialty Moving Rate
Every instrument or specialty item requires route review and an exact quote before booking.
- Three-mover specialty crew: $300/hr
2-hour minimum and a one-time $150 travel fee.
Item-specific add-ons may apply; no generic per-item total is published.
Check the route from the item's current position
Provide the model, known weight and safe-to-take photos of stairs, landings and the loading approach. A house entrance, apartment elevator or basement turn can change the handling plan. Do not move a heavy item into a risky position to prepare for an estimate.
Specialty moving is $300 per crew-hour with a two-hour minimum plus $150 travel, for a $750 minimum. Longer accepted work costs more. Tuning, repairs, cranes, rigging and structural changes are not automatically included.
Plan the Mayfield Heights pickup and destination
Show access at the destination as carefully as the pickup property. Acceptance depends on both routes and the item; booking an estimate does not guarantee that every piano or safe can be moved.
How Specialty Moving Rates Work
Specialty moving uses a dedicated crew framework: $300/hr for a three-mover specialty crew, plus a one-time $150 travel fee, 2-hour minimum; no separate item fees; exact quote required. The item, weight, route, stairs, turns, and destination access must be reviewed before an exact quote is issued.
