Item-specific add-ons may apply; no generic per-item total is published.
Measure the item and both routes
For a Maple Heights piano or safe, show basement or upstairs turns and the final destination route. Tell CLE about steps outside and a permitted loading position. Acceptance depends on the item and access, not simply the distance between addresses.
Specialty moving is $300 per crew-hour, with a two-hour minimum plus $150 travel, a $750 minimum. Acceptance is subject to item and route review. Tuning, repairs, cranes, rigging and structural changes require separate arrangements.
Plan the Maple Heights pickup and destination
Do not reposition a heavy item for pictures. Acceptance and coverage require item-specific review; an estimate does not guarantee that every piano or safe can be moved.
How Specialty Moving Rates Work
Specialty moving uses a dedicated crew framework: $300/hr for a three-mover specialty crew, plus a one-time $150 travel fee, 2-hour minimum; no separate item fees; exact quote required. The item, weight, route, stairs, turns, and destination access must be reviewed before an exact quote is issued.
