We are the movers, not the storage facility. You choose and rent the unit directly from the facility, with its own rental terms and charges. CLE handles the agreed loading, transport and placement into or out of the unit.
Give us the facility address, unit number, floor, gate hours and loading access. Indoor corridors, elevators and distance from the truck can affect the time. Ask the facility about vehicle access and move-out requirements; do not assume office hours and gate hours are the same.

How much does a storage move cost in Brooklyn?
Two movers and a truck are $190/hour, three are $260/hour, and four are $340/hour, with a two-hour minimum plus $50 travel per mover. The two-mover minimum is $480. Packing, complex assembly, specialty handling, and junk removal are separately priced when requested. Unit access, elevators, distance to the truck and any additional stops affect the time. Facility rental is separate.
Can you help me choose a storage facility?
We can discuss the moving access and rough space needed from your inventory. You choose the facility and verify dimensions, availability, rental terms, access hours and any insurance requirements directly with it. No facility partnership is implied.
Do you move me both into and out of storage?
Yes. Each leg is its own move, quoted and scheduled separately. You can arrange move-in now and move-out later when your destination is ready. An estimate appointment does not reserve either paid moving date.
Will you organize the unit, or just stack things inside?
We agree a placement plan, including items needed near the front and safe access space where the unit allows. Confirm the unit dimensions before the move. We cannot guarantee that every inventory fits a unit chosen without measurements.
Can you help with storage during home staging or a sale?
Yes. We can move selected furniture and boxes to your rented unit, then quote a return or onward move when ready. Each leg is priced separately; sale timing and a property’s market outcome are not part of our service.
Do you handle storage moves during a renovation?
Yes. We can move belongings to customer-rented storage before the work and arrange a separate return move. Keep important items accessible and confirm dates with the contractor and facility before scheduling.
Can you remove unwanted items when I empty a storage unit?
Yes. Optional junk removal is priced separately from the move. Mark keep, remove and undecided items, confirm you have authority to remove them, and check the facility’s move-out rules. We remove approved items and sweep accessible cleared areas; rental cancellation stays with you.
