Piano & Specialty Moving in Berea, OH
CLE reviews piano, safe and other specialty-item moves in Berea before accepting them. Provide the item type, weight, dimensions and carrying route at both addresses; fitting through the first doorway is not the entire assessment.
Piano & Specialty Moving Rate
Every instrument or specialty item requires route review and an exact quote before booking.
- Three-mover specialty crew: $300/hr
2-hour minimum and a one-time $150 travel fee.
Item-specific add-ons may apply; no generic per-item total is published.
Photograph every landing and tight turn
Include basement steps, porch access, floor locations and the permitted truck position. Tell us about prior damage and any need for specialist equipment. A campus-area instrument is not automatically an approved institutional move or proof of university affiliation.
The specialty minimum is $750: two hours at $300 per crew-hour plus $150 travel. Longer or more complex accepted work needs its exact quote. Tuning, repairs, cranes, rigging and structural alterations are not automatically included.
How Specialty Moving Rates Work
Specialty moving uses a dedicated crew framework: $300/hr for a three-mover specialty crew, plus a one-time $150 travel fee, 2-hour minimum; no separate item fees; exact quote required. The item, weight, route, stairs, turns, and destination access must be reviewed before an exact quote is issued.

CLE serves Berea from Parma. Moving destinations are generally within 50 miles of the Parma base; farther projects are reviewed individually. Provide both full addresses before confirming the paid move.
