Why Eviction Cleanouts Are Their Own Category

An eviction cleanout isn't a regular junk removal job with a different name. The clock is different, the stakes are different, and the client is different.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does an eviction cleanout cost in Brooklyn?

The job minimum is $149. Volume guides are $149, $249, $399 and $699; whole-property and heavy-accumulation scopes can exceed one load and are quoted separately. Access, sorting requirements and accepted contents determine the all-in price.

How fast can you clear a unit after a set-out or writ of restitution?

Share the authorized access date and deadline, and we will confirm crew availability. Same-day or next-day removal may be available but is not guaranteed. We do not interpret a court order or remove property before disposal is authorized.

Do you provide documentation for owners, banks or the court file?

Request photos, an itemized invoice or written completion details at the estimate. We confirm the format and timing before agreeing the job; a court-ready record or same-day report is not automatic.

Can you bill our firm on Net-15 or Net-30?

Payment terms must be approved in writing before work. Discuss company invoicing and location details at the estimate; deferred terms, discounts and priority service are not automatic.

Can you just haul all of the former tenant’s belongings?

Only remove items you are legally authorized to dispose of. Your attorney or the responsible authority should confirm the required process and any hold or storage obligations. CLE provides the physical removal, not eviction, notice service or legal advice.

Do you handle apartment-complex overflow and common-area cleanup?

Yes, accepted items can be reviewed for one-time or recurring removal. Identify the owner-authorized contents, truck access and waste-contract boundaries first. Each location’s scope, scheduling and price are confirmed in advance.

Can you clear a unit with pests, spoiled food or possible biohazards?

Tell us about conditions before the estimate. Acceptance depends on a safety review; remediation may be needed before ordinary removal. The normal finish is removal and broom-sweeping of the cleared work area. Deep cleaning, mold treatment, pest treatment and biohazard remediation are not included.

Do you serve eviction cleanouts outside Brooklyn?

Yes, we serve Brooklyn and nearby Northeast Ohio communities from our Parma base. Call with the property address and authorized scope to confirm coverage and scheduling. Service-area coverage does not establish court jurisdiction.
